QMane Society™️ Books Open Every Month On The 15th For Booking Slots For The Upcoming Month. [EXAMPLE: January 15th the month February opens] *We do not offer services to clients under 16 years old. QMane Society™️ is a natural hair salon in the greater Houston area. Owner Q. Martelle, affectionately known as the Mane•tamer to clients, is a loctician and natural hair stylist. Our clients known as Mane•Streamers are pampered in a lush relaxing atmosphere, where privacy and downtime is celebrated. QMane Society™️ salon uses only the highest quality product lines; including their own QMS brand to promote growth and health of clients natural mane and scalp. Healthy hair education in the chair, coupled with responsible appointment time management ensures clients are comfortable and confident with their mane every visit. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled 48 hours before scheduled time to avoid 75% fee of clients service total. All cancellations must be completed through the confirmation email. If client is prompted to send an email when attempting to cancel, the 48 hour window has lapsed and the 75% cancellation fee will apply. Same day cancellations are 100% of clients service total. *LATE ARRIVAL appointments ARE CANCELED 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time and the 100% No-Show fee is charged to credit card on file. A declined credit card will result in a ban of all future appointments with QMS.
Modifications to services booked are not permitted past 48 hour cancellation policy. No exceptions.
